Landing Pages and First Customers

(Tl;dr: how do I get people to find the landing page of my project and sign up for a mail notification?)

Hi there! I've been reading this sub for a while and I've decided to launch my own SaaS. I've been developing some stuff for the last month or so, found a niche and something I needed, bought a web domain, created a nice little service, etc. That, so far, was the easy part.

I'm about a month away from launch, I'd say. I'm going on holidays and as I won't be able to finish, polish and publish everything before I'm gone, I'd like to setup a landing page where people can enter their email addresses to receive a notification when my whole platform is live. That I can do, but how do I get people to sign up for that? How do I get people to find my landing page, my site, my project, etc?

I know this is not a trivial matter and I'm pretty sure it's been asked here a couple of times, but I haven't been able to find a relevant post on this subject. How do you say I should proceed?
