I have the opportunity to take over a historic bowling alley, bar, & restaurant. The building is over 100 years old and has been out of operation for approximately three years. I am an experienced bar & restaurant operator. I am interested in the bar/restaurant operations but I have to do something with the bowling alley (6 lanes). I am not interested in reopening the lanes.
I cannot demolish the lanes. I am looking for creative use of the old bowling alley space that will not require significant alterations to the property. Ideally, I could incorporate the lanes with the bar/restaurant. My best idea is to make it an art gallery or exhibit...
Help! Any ideas?
