I have many employees from our subsidiary companies. What I’m having a problem is retaining these fantastic individuals to offer them more.
I want to retain them because they are genius but somewhere they lose motivation. Am I hiring the ero g managers; promoting incorrectly? I really do t know.
I interview everyone personally and have an open door policy. Still i get fucked in the ass.
I know that there will be bad seeds in every business and I’ve been able to handle that; Until now! People are stealing and doing whatever the fuck they want.
Some months an employee takes more home than me. I think I forgot how to do business. I’m in a quicksand. Any help is appreciated.
Should I be more strict as far as schedules go!
