Huge week for us this week as we hit a huge milestone - $18k sales in one week.

Numbers:

Out of $18,000 total

Paint Cost:

17.00%

Or: ~$3,050

Labor Cost: 31.00%

Or: 5,580.00

Weekly Overhead (includes my salary/marketing, misc supplies other than paint)

$2500.00

Estimated Net Profit: $6,870.00

Production Schedule:

• Two teams of 4

• Two exteriors on Monday/Tuesday ($4500/3750)

• One Interior Starting Wednesday finishing Friday ($5100)

• One Exterior Starting Wednesday finishing Thursday ($5500)

(Still a day of painting left on Friday for second crew - can sell a job anywhere between $1000-2200 for this slot - will update if I do so)

Always room improvement, need to button up our “after job” conduct (cleaning, touch-ups)
