Open a little restaurant (canada)

Hi everyone,

Firstly sorry for my english I try to learn everyday.

So, I love to cook and my goal is to open a little restaurant. I don't know exactly the name in english but it will be quite like a snack/little fast food.

But it will be just one kind of product. (Takoyaki) and just 5 differents takoyaki that I created or stole from my grandmother :) (She is ok obviously)

I want a place with max 10 tables, I could put counter tables too, to save space.

And I would like to develop for pick up food cause the space will be little.

I don't do a kitchen school or something like that, cause I hate cooking products that I don't like. I put lot of passion when I cook, and I'll never change that for cooking others products that I hate even if I could make more money.

Passion in first that's it.

So my questions were :

How many money I need about ? Cause I have seen on internet open a fastfood average : 150k or 250k and this is absolutely not like I want. Their fastfood was too big. Honestly I think it's could be between 25k and 50k max.

And who can help me to start my business ? Bank could help me or it's impossible ?

I dont have debts I have 15k in my bank. My wife have a really good job 5k/m and we spend 750$ each for all in the month.

Actually I dont have a job, and I lose the desire to work for bosses.

I think it's an ideal moment to begining.

Im just afraid to lose everything and what about bank if I dont have money ?

It's weird cause I see lot of pizzeria/ fastfood in my street with absolutely no customers / cheap interior cheap food etc ... How can they survive !!
