Odd low money/time side idea: dog treats in gumball machines, in dog parks

I knew a guy who had a gum ball distribution network which seemed to work pretty well. Two cents for a gum ball that sells for 25 cents. I live in an area with a ton of dog parks... if I could get dog treats down to 10 cents each in bulk purchase (some cheaper milk bone) and used this set up

I feel like I could refill probably 2-3 times a year and juice a steady profit.

I may do a trial run to see if folks actually use it. If they do, and local gov doesn’t remove them, I could have a super low maintenance way to grind out a few thousand dollars a year (there are 100+ dog parks in my local area.
