I was denied access to my account. Someone hacked it and used my card which I didn't ask Godaddy to remember (I never saved it but Godaddy did secretly) and made tons of purchases.
I reached out to Godaddy but they refused to respond to it until the domain name expired. I did everything to prove to them that I was the owner of the account but they didn't even respond.
I reached out to them on social media to vent my anger and they blocked me.
I didn't ask them to remember by card details but they did and allowed a fraudster to dupe me with that.
When the domain name expired, I did everything to get their attention since they have refused to be using chat support like every other meaningful and reasonable registrar but all failed.
Few months later, they sold my domain name and made money from it. My 5 years of sweat disappeared. This was a site that was getting 20,000 page views per day.
How do I forgive Godaddy other than asking the entire world to distant themselves from it?
As far as I am concern, I don't think Godaddy should continue to exist.
