I've been looking into a multitude of phone services and I cannot decide which one to go. We are currently using Google Voice, but we are getting quite a few dropped calls because it cannot handle the volume of calls sometimes. Also, it lacks the obvious feature or a smart prompt, hold, callback feature, etc. I was wondering what has your experience been and which service you like and don't like. Please help me make this decision. I am looking to switch over this week.
I've looked into the following services so far (and I was hoping you'd have a recommendation):

- CallHippo
- Toky.co = $25
- Grasshopper = $49/month
- SalesMate**
- Jive
- Dialpad = $20/user
- 8x8 = $25/user
- Vonage = $19.99-$29.99/user
- RingCentral = $29/user**
I just copied and pasted my notes I have. Grashopper has mixed reviews but seems to be the most popular. However, I don't like that it has no integration features at all. We primarily work from home or remote locations and don't have a home office so we would need to use an app and not hard deskphones.
