I'm pitching to an investor on Friday - how can I get a higher engagement?

Hi there and thanks for your help in advance.

I am opening a restaurant (in South-East Asia, if that matters). It's my 3rd one, but 1st here.

It's a pretty big project and I'll bring three A-class professionals from Europe!

I'll be pitching to investors on Friday, and I'm here to ask you for some help, as in my previous two experiences, while I've achieved all the financial goals during these meetings, I've rarely been able to get those 2-5% investors to actually be more present/engaged after the restaurants have opened. Surely they've come over up to 4/6 times a year, but I'd like them to do more than just getting their checks.
I'd like them to be "ambassadors" of the restaurant and to pop up every now and then to see how things are going.
I've tried with quarterly meetings, but they just don't show up.

I've thought about 2 complimentary bottles every time they're bringing friends over for dinner AND a 20% discount (or would you rather have a $100 monthly voucher? Average dinner for 4 here is around that price).

Any comment? Any other idea? Thanks a lot!
