I want to start a futuristic theme park where guests may re-enact the most popular videogames in a friendly way, but the idea does seem overwhelming due to...

Due to the details I plan to implement in its development of attempting to bring the idea into the real world. Currently my mind is wanting to focus on drafting maps, blue prints, and locating the best potential places to make the park. I believe that is my first priority above all else for the time-being. However, my only concern is the lack of specific engineering I need to adapt some of my own favorite video games, like Bioshock for example - In that game, the player has enhanced genetics that give him or her subtle powers such as freezing NPCs; in real world design I want to customize a mechanical glove that can do just that against things called Big Daddies that are oversized sea divers with big drills. That's just an example. There's more to uncover in depth, but I want to know the best way to market this crazy idea and how to attract huge investors. Conventional advice is not needed.
