I have a premises with offices / meeting rooms / conference rooms / reception etc all coming online for hire. I need a system to help me manage bookings. It would have to be flexible. My requirements are that there are different configurations of rooms and they are available for varying periods of time. For example: I have apartments on the top floor that have a minimum period of 3 nights. An office is available for an hour. A conference room for morning, afternoon or evening. Also, there are extras such as certain configurations or various food packages. Could anyone recommend a system that can do all this?
