I'm asking this because originally, I considered forming an LLC, but I thought about it for some time and reconsidered doing a corporation now. After doing some looking up some information, I'm somewhat lost. So, I decided to do what most business entity does start-ups go with in the beginning.
Also, can a company incorporate and be just that? I know several companies go by Inc.; like Walmart, Inc.
