I am an express car wash operator in Southern California with one highly successful location and over 25 years of industry experience (full service car washes). Presently, I have the seed capital to secure financing for 1 (maybe 2) more locations. Irrespective of my financial condition, I have done my best to pipeline as many quality, A+ locations as humanly possible, with the intention of selecting from the best of the bunch. Now, after extensive due diligence on all said locations, I am attempting to seek investment for their financing as I am certain of their profitability and I do not have the heart to let them go.
