This starts a year back my "friend" and decide to start a business things go relatively smoothly for a few months when out of nowhere my friend wants to screw over a client of ours I refuse him he gets all pissy and decides to not speak to me for weeks on end, All while not doing the job he agreed to do. So I carried on with the business taking over his responsibilities he then says he wants out of the business I say it's fine, a few days later he decides he wants to be bought out and that I can't use the logo and photographs that were done as favours to him. There was no agreements signed for any of this partnership and all the bank accounts and domain names etc are in my name. So here comes the point of what I'm trying to say should I fight him for the logo and photos etc or should I just abandon the project and start something new as I have very little desire to argue with him anymore.
