Branding & Logo Design Business V2

Hello,

This is my second post attempt as I got no feedback on the first one.

I'm a graphic designer and I've done a lot of freelancing work in the past 5-6 years as a side project. After I had enough experience with my work, clients and tasks in general I've decided it's time to start my own business out of this.
I've started by reaching out to my old clients, which I can say was a good decision as I've got 3-4 projects in the first two weeks.
The problem is now I feel that I'm stuck as my main source of new clients is social media, 90% Instagram by the organic growth. I really feel like I'm using 30% max of my potential and I hate this, only because I really struggle getting new clients.
Do you think creating my own professional website would help me? Would it be a better option compared to just the social media?

What other techniques or methods do you think would help me? I really want to start learning, playing and testing something, like moving a step forward but I'm not too sure how and what should I start with.
