I would like to express my idea to local government and realtor, how do I protect my idea?

I'm living in a very dense country with no signs of stopping from the gaming, blockchain, tech, real estate, and catering industries.

All everyone is doing here is buying up properties, tearing them down, rebuilding and placing tenants (which is working fine)

However, with such a large influx of people and everyone and their siblings having a car, we seem to be forgetting we need parking, and a lot of it!

Parking is extremely hard to find here. For example, it took me 47 minutes yesterday to get a parking spot. This country was never prepared or built for this type of demand.

Anyway, my idea is for Smart parking solution with the possible use of blockchain technology. Blockchain is very much encouraged and just recently became regulated. The government is also giving out capital for any Blockchain projects.

So, I want to express my idea to both the local government and my realtor.

The Govt - To pitch my idea and to possibly get full funding.

Realtor - Need to express my idea for him to find me the best location and for building zones.

Is their something I can get from a lawyer to have them sign so they can't possibly just be like, oh wow, great idea, fuck this guy lets do this our selfs.
