I started biphasic sleeping, 6 hours at night and a 20 minute nap after work. Saves 12 hours a week.
Freed me to put in 2 hours a day on my biz + still live my life playing too many video games. Been doing it for 3 years.
Also took a trip to uptown Dallas, long story short, people watching + quiet time had me starting a non-profit and finance-tech app months later.
