So I get my product made in china, a lot like everyone else. I'm in the e-cig/vape business and had a big order coming in. It's currently stuck in Cincinnati with DHL, I guess it's going through customs clearance and that could take a while. None of the product is violating any trademarks or patents. I spoke with my manufacturer in china and they are willing to give me full refund but how do I avoid this hassle in the future because now my timeline is all screwed up.
