Hello all!
I have had some interest recently in a website I created and grew to a decent size. One person in particular is very interested and ready to purchase as the amount I asked for.
The sale would include me changing the website over to his hosting, transferring domain, email list, etc to their name/info.
But first, I want to ask... how should I go about this properly as to not be left with no money and no way to retrieve my items should they take the money back/refuse to pay half (I was imagining half upfront half after)
It isn't a huge amount of money, and not enough to get lawyers/others involved. But still it is enough money/work that I want to go about doing this right.
Any input?
