looking for a recommendation to get more reviews - our digital marketing agency recently picked up a new client that runs a natural medicine practice, who does great work and even has his own TV show but has an extremely low amount of online reviews.
Iv been looking at review generation softwares that send campaigns through email and text to get customers to write a review.
I’m confused, what’s the advantage in paying for a service to send review campaigns through email, versus just having a stock email with links to review sites that gets sent to each customer after they come in for a service?
