Need help: Business is growing much faster than predicted. I need space for inventory but there are no warehouses in my area. Are there any good alternative solutions for storing goods?

We sell prepared snack food products and expected our first Christmas season to have an uptick in sales, but we sold out of everything yesterday already. $20,000 in inventory gone, just like that. I'm incredibly grateful but I also can't sleep because I need space to continue the business.

Right now I've been running this out of my garage. At most we've gotten two pallets that were immediately broken down so my wife didn't get upset at the sight of wrapped pallets in the garage. However to make the numbers work I am going to need to get 3x more inventory this time. I have the contractors and supply chain ready to go... I just have no idea where I can put 6-10 pallets.

I've been talking to a real estate broker who has been trying to get us a place, but all of the local warehouses that are in our criteria ( 1,500-2,000 sq ft) within 25 miles are already leased. Has anyone been in this situation before? What can I do?? Beg and cold call big companies to divide their unused space? Make a million trips to a self storage facility until hopefully a place opens up?
