Need advice too much work.

Hi all.

So to start with my business has grown in the past few years I have always kept overheads very very low. I never had an overdraft just used what I had etc.

Until 9 months ago for a larger job 70k I got a 20k overdraft. Since then I have continued to secure more and more contracts in my niche field of construction.

I currently have guaranteed 200k in the next year and that could increase anywhere from to an additional 140-250k. The thing is I am not keen to employ people but rather subcontract.

But at what point can you say yep I can afford to employ someone?

One other thing is that it fluctuates dependent on completion of projects. Some months I am packed out others its minimal.

We could push the marketing and prob turnover +500 if needed but to be honest I am not sure if I want to go there.

Just Honest advice thanks
