I have a hospital product in mind and would benefit nurses and patients greatly, where do I go about building this?

I'm a nursing student and when I was doing my clinical at a local hospital, they always seem to have a need for it but the product is not anywhere in the market yet. It's fairly cheap to produce but I don't know where to go to make a prototype or even manufacture it.
