I started a company a few years ago, built a B2B SaaS and got the first few customers in place. I also brought in a CTO (who is a better coder than I) who has continued developing new features. That said, we both have full time jobs (I'm a CPA, he's a developer for another, bigger company) and don't have time to pound the pavement and sell.
Any suggestions on how to find someone who would want to step in to try to market/sell and to run the day-to-day of the company (which for now is very minimal other than trying to market/sell the service)? What title would I use when advertising this position?
For context, this is the SaaS in question.
