Finding clarity amid all the noise

Hi y'all,

I've spent the past 4 years working to figure out how to make the most positive impact on organizations around the world, in effort to help people cultivate more human work environments. I want to see people finding more joy and fulfillment in their work, and I believe the environment they work in — and the mindsets and behaviors of people within those environments — play a critical role in this becoming a reality.

Mostly, I think the way that we work nowadays is a mess, and we'd all benefit from stepping back, reflecting on our situations, and seeking to find a clear path forward.

I wanted to share a recent project of mine in r/entrepreneur, because I believe folks creating and running businesses are in excellent positions to bring about the progressive changes I believe the next generation of the workforce will demand.

As such, I wrote and designed a digital workbook to help people create change and improve the way they do their work. It’s for all people within organizations who believe things could be better, if only someone paid attention to it and actually did the work.

While improving effectiveness of people, teams, and organizations is the main outcome, it’s a reflective and introspective process which naturally results in an increase in self and organizational awareness, and therefore leads to new insights, ideas, and opportunities.

I've run strategy sessions and workshop programs with business leaders and they've all gotten immense value out of our time together, so this is my attempt to put it into product form in effort to reach more people.
