Direction of execution

Hello, my fellow Redditors!

I'm basically launching an online service that combines marketing and sales. You just need a QR code scan of the advertised product which will land you directly to the buying page of that product in the app. It is basically an e-commerce store that will provide online shop services to sellers or vendors and complete buying experience for customers. Our financial model revolves around the vendors as they will give 1-time subscription fee along with 5% of monthly sales income every month. All the web development has been done and tested. The main focus here is the utility of QR codes. A person can scan QR code in an advert and a POS is created right there through the app.

What I need now is a little bit of direction and guidance, I have 3 scenarios here to create hype and grab some market attention.

1st option is that a person is interested in Hawaii about our product. He tells us about all the brick and mortar local shops that will be easily facilitated with the product. He is demanding 30% partnership of the company and also promising about landing in investors from US. He has also registered himself as our first vendor.

2nd option is that we can launch the product in a university campus where final year marketing students can use the marketing and sales of our product as a project. This will guarantee us some initial data on our product and how much potential it has in the e-commerce market.

The 3rd option is hiring marketers locally and give them small targets to be achieved in days. They will handle all the marketing solutions, digital and ooH marketing. We are preferring the idea of small flyers or stickers that have a QR code of the advertised online product. This will definitely generate hype and more people will know about it but I'm still dubious whether this hype will fetch potential sales.

So, I need your opinions and advice about which scenario seems feasible and how to properly execute this early phase. This is a LEAN START-UP so any interested investor is highly welcomed and appreciated. We currently have a development team of 6 people.
