I'm having a problem balancing my freelance work (main income) with my other two business, one of them (a B2B SaaS) is at the starting point in the sense it generate a study income (but not enough to leave other stuff) but it needs some time to invest in getting clients and building the actual product (it is still a minimal value product).
the second business is a new coworking space I'm launching, I'm still the starting point so there is a lot to be done before it can sustain itself (the place need renovation and I need to work more on the marketing and the launch), after that, since the place is not large (1500sqft) I can manage it like I did with my previous office (plus I plan to make this place mostly self-sustainable without needing my care everyday all day).
I can't just stop my freelance job, because I actually love it, and because it is my only funding source for those projects (I make enough from it to cover my very minimal cost of living + launching those stuff).
So I'm looking for some tips on how to manage my time between them, I'm trying a 9-5 freelance + 5-9 side business but I always end up very tired and burned out that I can't get over to 6 or 7 without stopping or loosing focus.
