I had -$400 in my account a little less than a month ago. I just went full time in my business and was scrambling to pay bills and was becoming depressed. I thought about going back to a job that I didn’t want just to get by. Was hard to come to terms with this low point, but i knew this is all I wanted to do in life.
Here I am up 2k and constant leads for more work. I kept my head down and kept pushing out my product, released a new product for passive income and contacted more artists/clients. Now I’m booked till January just by following up with leads. It was my first low month and I’m sure that’s not the last time. But fuck does it feel good to be back in the saddle.
If you’re reading this and you just went full time or it’s a slow month. Keep pushing ! Everyone has bad months. Try new tactics. Go out to events/parties and talk about things. That alone fed me and kept me occupied and landed me a few gigs.
