At the moment she does my accounts for me. That works fine for me.
We'd like to work as a partnership.
However, I know from friends and family who have worked with girlfriends and wives that it can be a terrible idea.
On the flip side I spoke to a friend who had a partnership with a local business and he said: "You don't have to like them. You both just need to have the boundaries clear. I barely talk to the partner in this coventure but they keep referring me customers and I keep giving them a great service. So he's happy and I'm happy."
What precautions need to be made in these arrangements? What could be some examples of a partnership like this working well?
