What's a basic lead generation set-up?

I want to start doing lead generation for clients using Facebook ads. I know they have a lead generation option but the leads could be low quality. I want it to be as cheap as possible in the beginning so I don't have to invest too much up front. I'm not an expert but I'll write what I'm thinking now, hopefully someone with more experience in the field can help.

Funnel:

1.Facebook [free], Instagram [free]

2.Domain + Landing page service

-What's the best value landing page service? Leadpages seems ok.

-Do I get a domain for each client or if I stay in a single niche can I re-use the same domain and landing page?

3.Something to collect emails

-Is the free mailchimp ok? I would want to collect the emails and possibly send out a free pdf I use to get the leads to fill the contact form. They also have landing pages but I don't know if they convert well.

-How can I make sure the client gets sent the leads too? I want them to get it at the same time as me so I don't have to send them over.

Any other tools I need to use/advice? I want it to be as cheap as possible at the start.
