What would you do with 50k in unreported cash?

Let's call this a thought experiment. I'm not in this situation, just wanted to get some discussion going here that's not related to the usual e-commerce topics.

If you had 50k in cash, like actual foldin' cash, off the books, and you wanted to use it to generate a second income, what would you do with it? Gotta be a legal enterprise, something you can use cash to get started in without raising any red flags, and something that can be run with minimal time invested. Our hypothetical investor would rather pay a trusted manager good money to grow the business vs running it himself for higher income. If my hypothetical entrepreneur had more money, I'd say buy an investment property in rough condition and pay the contractors cash to fix it up. Unfortunately, that's not an option.

Other ideas are:

start a lawn care company

buy a bunch of cheap cool old school cars (like 80s Cadillacs or 1st Gen wrx, etc), fix em up and lease them to college students

Do an event like a local music festival

Crypto (our hypothetical investor ruled this out, it's surprisingly hard to turn cash into crypto with no paper trail)

Start a painting company

EDIT - Goal isn't to launder money as much as end up with equity in a successful business that's generating reliable revenue.
