I am bootstrapping a personalised books startup called Amazing Fables (www.amazingfables.com). I'm seeing the first organic sales coming in where I don't really recognise the source of traffic. So I'm thinking maybe it is due to the word of mouth. I started doing 1-2 sales a day to maybe 4-5 sales a day from strangers. This has been on going for maybe a week or so, so I'm hoping to see it sustained.
I am curious to hear stories from you on when you actually 'felt' that your product has hit traction or found its sweet spot. What were the signs? And how did you scale it? How did you keep it sustained?
