Hi everyone,
I’ve spent over a year from developing my business plan to final launch and started advertising on Facebook/Instagram to drive initial awareness and traffic.
I’ve spent a lot of time on the site’s UI/UX and it looks awesome. I have great products, conversion driving images shot in 360 and ground up product descriptions.
I have tested different targeted audiences and creative but have only gotten one sale in about 3 weeks of advertising and a bunch of add to carts.
I’m super stuck. Black Friday is around the corner and I want to make sure it’s a success. I’ve decided to switch to video ads and am working with my creative designer to finalize these assets.
Being a new startup, I wanted to make sure I could monitor costs and drive initial traction with social advertising before investing in other marketing mediums.
A few people have said that I just need to remain patient but it’s so hard when the days feel like weeks and weeks feel like months.
Any tips on what I should do from here? How should I fine tune targeting?
Thank you! Sara
