Following situation: we are a team of three working on a solution to digitalize orders in logistics. We’d be the first offering such a service in our desired region and see clear demand from other start ups operating in different parts of the world. Furthermore, the logistics market is worth billions while a lot of players still operate with pen and paper.
So far, we have our website up and running and the front end of our MVP close to being finished. Eventually, the solution is supposed to work fully automated with API access to carriers. Unfortunately, we are technically not there yet (and it will take us a couple more months), so we thought about launching the product and in the backend, doing the actual order processing manually.
Would you advise to do it for MVP and user testing or only launch with a fully functioning product?
