Me and a friend want to start a webshop where we sell our own brand of clothing. He's doing the design work and I'll take care of the digital marketing and web development.
I'm looking for tips on how to start off with the stock. We don't want to do dropshipping, and we have a small budget to spend. What's a good way to start off small?
I look at other webstores and think; 'I'm never able to start of with such a wide variety of products in my stock all at once.' (The manufacturers take orders starting from around 100 per product which is a lot of cash) I'm aware that I have to invest but tips on how to start of small efficiently would be very appreciated!
