Guys, I am an IELTS instructor(It's an international exam) . It's been two and a half years that I am working under someone and I know most of the things related to the exam and as a teacher, students just love me.
I was always an entrepreneur guy who'd love to start my own enterprise but I am a little bit tensed if I would be able to get students. The biggest advantage is that I already have space in my home(thinking about turning my upstairs into coaching centre) so I don't have to give rent.
However, the biggest problem that I see is that I can't make it as good as the institute that I am working now since it requires huge capital and also, my home isn't in the city center although it can be solved by ads.
Now my question is, what should be my business plan?My sister and I am gonna be the only teachers as for now. How much percentage of the income that I get must be spend for advertising?
Which is the best form of advertising? Also, how can I expand? How can I be different from others?
