I'll try and make this short and sweet. I'm not at a point in my life where I have the desire to risk it for the biscuit so to speak as I know that the big bucks often come with large amounts of risks. I've always had the desire to just start my own company and I'm finally ready to do it! Nothing special, just a trade based business that has earning potential simply because undercutting competition won't be hard as the housing market is booming and there is an abundance of work and people are willing to pay absurd amounts for it to be done for what ever reason (most likely due to supply and demand). So from what I can tell one of the most important things to increase client base is having some great reviews and a reputable website to refer people to. Besides market research and skill to do the trade (which my partner and I have) what things no matter how trivial should I consider when planning to get the ball rolling? What are some lessons you've learned starting a company lean? Basically, what are some things I didn't know that I don't know? Thanks!
