Hi experts!
Let’s say I’m about to launch a non-biased neutral webpage with news about China and the Chinese development from production country to innovation country covering business news, human rights news, news about national politics etc.
As everyone knows the industry for news outlets are tough these days (especially the big old ones, which I'm not) and they're all fighting over the success of subscription-based earnings.
Most newspapers supplement their earnings with other products like events, tours, merchandise, books etc. to make it up for a challenging subscriber market.
So if I actually wanna earn money on my about-to-launch news outlet, how can I do that other than subscription fees? Any bright ideas?
