If you were going to start a business on, or near, a college campus, what would it be?

I have the opportunity to take advantage of roughly 850 sf retail space on a well traveled street near a well known regional college. A bar/restaurant is out of the question. My current thoughts are vintage thrift store, textbook store, or phone repair place. I'm hoping someone else may have a suggestion or idea that will pique my interest. What would you do?
