I'm about to sign a lease for a tiny 290 sq foot space, but it says that I pay 15% of all CAM fees. In the complex, there is at least 100,000 sq ft in space split between 10 businesses, one of them being a large Dollar General store.
I'm waiting on the listing agent to get back to me on what last years fees were, but can I get an idea on how much you guys/girls are paying in fees?
