I am part of a group that has elected to start up our own public sports park, to help fill a gap we know needs filling. I was elected to start looking up all the various requirements to get this started.
Land has already been taken care, insurance is being looked into to cover us properly.
The part I'm not sure about is the LLC. We decided that the LLC is the best route for us to go at the moment, but I'm not sure how to best go about it. That is, should we keep it under a single name, or multiple names of the group.
I'm open to any advice you might have, and any other pointers for things I should be looking into. Right now our Timeline is to open within the next 6 months or so in the spring, so we do have some time to make sure we get it all correct.
