I'm looking for advice/experiences from you guys. Have any of you had success renting a vacant office from a larger local business that might not be utilizing all their space?
I am looking at office space in town, and its either way more expensive and luxurious than I need.. OR its dirt cheap and a closet.
I think the best would be to find 3-4 people in a similar space as me (marketing or similar) and see if they want to conjoin to get a co-working space with 4 separate offices in general.. but I'm not so sure how to do that.
Thought on reaching out to cold people like this?
