Hello. I am a cofounder of a company where I have a 30% stake . While my total annual take home, salary and distributions, is higher than all non partners of the firm, my salary is not. We have not had a bad year so the partner distributions have been great, but it feels weird when 20% of our employees salaries are higher than mine. Do I discuss a raise with my partner or shut up and be grateful for the total compensation.
