I've built a platform which allows users to easily create database web applications without writing any code. Its fairly complex and has tons of great features which I thought developers would require.
We have many small business owners using it to manage their business, but a core market I wanted to target which is why all the white labeling was built in was developers who are looking to make extra money and build things quickly. The issue is that its been nearly impossible to get any developers to use and I'm not getting much feedback from them as to why not. The only thing one developer told me was he feels like its 'cheating his clients.'
My question is- as business owners would you care if your hired a developer and he used a no-code platform to build your app (assuming all the functionality you ask for is built in obviously)? If yes, do you feel it would be dis-honest for a developer to pretend like he coded it from scratch? (The app platform is called Tadabase)
