Is there a business model that has a high probability of success besides real estate renting? Real Estate renting isn't exactly my strength and don't want to deal with tenants, but might have to suck it up because its the only high probability I know of.
I have done product based businesses and can't get myself to do them anymore. I just realized how much of a crap shoot it is. Also the huge financial/time burden for something that isn't guaranteed. I have only done physical product. I have thought about software business due to the cost being essentially zero, even though Saas is a service. It still has no guarantee either. Its these business models where there is constant trial and error before you ever get anywhere. I can't waste my time on low probability based businesses anymore.
