After several delays with production, my products are finally ready (skincare). I know December is not the most ideal time to launch, but I don't want to miss the holidays either.
The plan is to do like a soft launch in December and then use Jan, Feb to generate buzz and properly launch in March.
Would appreciate any ideas for a launch strategy. I'll be working with influencers for UGC, will try blogger outreach, doing giveaways.. Is there anything else that I can do to generate more buzz? Will be doing ads as well. Many thanks
