Hey entrepreneurs!
Currently I'm working on my 1st business and will launch soon! For the most part I believe I know what I'm doing far as building my business smart from the start, however this immediately loses credibility since the one and most important thing I'm not clear on is the future of this company.
I'm about to open up my marketing agency, and sign my first client then once I do I want to start working on my second business, which will be an online business. I want to do these around the same time so I can have at least two streams of income, plus I'll be on my own in about 6 months after graduation from high school so I want to be financially independent by time I've graduated.
I want to know if I should do it this way or if I should focus on the agency first? I know there is a way to scale my agency to seven figures+ I just don't know how yet, because I know in the beginning I'll only be making a couple grand a month which is why I want to do my online business too because I know I'll make a lot more money that way.
I'm doing the agency first because I know for the type of online business I'm doing I will need money to start. So I want to have some sort of cashflow going to get me started.
Should I focus on my agency and grow it? Or should I do things my way? Or maybe something else?
