So I have been fortunate enough to have an education based business that is growing and growing fast. There is a potential to expand to more than 15 different physical locations in the next 2 years. The question I have is...well, how do you deal with managing teams that you don't see regularly? The locations would not be near each other and I am a bit worried about the management of a growing team like this.
