My father has a small business building office furniture. At this rate it is only one client and two employees. In order to get more clients i would have to make some capital expenditures to cater to them. We are only busy half the week.
He is going to retire in a few years, so if i leave then i am giving up this opportunity more or less. Its not a passionate business, but i dont mind it.
I can go back into construction management as an assistant project manager. Here i believe i can open doors to new opportunities.
Im and starting to lose the drive to build my father business, but i am also beginning to feel like a quitter.
I have dabbled in other endeavors to no avail, but I also lost interest because I didnt see where it would take me in the long term.
