I recently hired a remote worker. To keep track of his hours, he suggested we use Time Doctor. I'm not familiar with the tool but I agreed.
I've been working with him for a week now and he has logged almost double the hours I expected. His output though fails to show the amount of time he spent working on them.
Is there a way he's cheating me using Time Doctor?
